Shipping & Returns
Currently, we are only able to offer shipping to US, Canada, and APO addresses.
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving the order. Since we ship via USPS, this is constrained to post office business hours which excludes Sundays.
If you believe a package from us is missing or has been stolen, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please contact your local post office to first confirm delivery of your package.

For Free Shipping we ship using the cheapest option available, which is typically ship using USPS First Class for light items and USPS Priority Mail for everything else. Most options deliver within 2-5 business days.
We offer a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchanged, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where partial refunds or no refund will be granted. Please see the following list:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refunded, unless due to our error.
Requesting a Refund:
To request a return, please email us at email@example.com and we'll do our best to resolve your issues and get your refund processed. We will notify you via email if your refund will be accepted and how to return the item(s).
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If the funds have not been deposited, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Lastly, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are returning an item(s) not due to our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved and not due to our error, the cost of original shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
